Booking & Consultation
Newborn sessions can be booked at any time, but is best before baby arrives. Your session will be booked by your due date and can be adjusted as needed. Before your session I want to find out everything about you and what you want out of YOUR session; whether it be a maternity, newborn, or simply family session.
Capturing Your Session
During a Studio Newborn session, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Please feel free to watch me pose and photograph your newborn, catch up on some reading, or have a nap. Besides feeding and changing baby please spend the time doing whatever it is that you need to do.

Below you will find what is included in every session. Please remember that digital images and products are sold separately.
Image Reveal & Ordering Session
About 2 - 3 weeks after your session I will invite you to my studio where we will go through all of your edited images together. I will work with you and help you select your favourite images. There is no minimum purchase required - only purchase the images that you love.

DETAILS & BOOKING PROCESS
Newborn Session
STARTING AT $100
Chantel Hruska Photography offers two types of newborn sessions; the “Petite Newborn Session” is a 1-hour session just for baby in which baby will be wrapped the entire time. Don’t worry though, we will still get lots of different photos and I’ll be sure to try to capture those special little baby details.

The “Studio Newborn Session for $125 is a full newborn session, usually lasting 3 hours and includes posed photos of the baby in multiple setups and props. Family and sibling photos are also included, if desired. As your baby grows I also offer “sitter/milestone sessions"

Maternity, Family
STARTING AT $100
Family and maternity sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes at an outdoor location of your choice. Studio sessions may be available for small groups. Extended Family sessions are available for an additional $25 per family unit.

Milestone Mini
STARTING AT $35
A Milestone Mini Session can be done at any time and any number of times during baby's first year. Recommended Milestones would be around four months; when baby is smiling and has found their toes and/or around eight months; when baby can sit on their own.
Special Mini sessions will be available throughout the year such as Back-to-school and Holiday sessions.
Digital images ARE included in the prices of these sessions. Prices start at $35 per child (includes 3 digital images) or $105 per family and the full gallery of images.
Smash &Splash
STARTING AT $100
A 60 minute photo session to celebrate your baby’s first birthday. We will start with 'clean' portraits before getting messy with the cake . Finally, we will clean up with your choice between a tub filled with bubbles or milk and flowers.

Lifestyle Session
STARTING AT $200
Lifestyle sessions are great for newborn sessions or just because. During this 3-hour session I will photograph your family in their natural environment with both posed and candid shots. Don’t worry, you don’t need a magazine worthy house – all I need is one location near a window.

Senior Portrait sessions are also available at $100. Family Lifestyle sessions and Fresh 48 sessions are also available and pricing varies depending on the type of session and location.
All session prices include the time and talent of the photographer, the use of wraps and props, any associated help and all consultations. Mileage may apply for distances outside of the Esterhazy area.
